The Oak stairs offered by The Stairshop LTD are manufactured from a mixture of top quality American and European Oak sourced from only the best sustainable suppliers around the world.

As a standard we use mainly solid materials for the stairs and engineered materials for the stairparts. We hand select every piece of wood to ensure quality and colour match is perfect.

As with all our stairs they are produced using the very latest in computerised CNC production where machining perfection is second no none.

American White Oak, A strong, heavy hardwood grown in the Eastern half of the United States

European Oak, A strong, heavy hardwood grown in the central part of Europe.

The Pine stairs offered by The Stairshop LTD are manufactured from a mixture of top quality Whitewood and Redwood sourced from only the best sustainable suppliers around the world.

As a standard we use MDF for the Riser's and Winding treads however we can upgrade this to solid pine if requested.

As with all our stairs they are produced using the very latest in computerised CNC production where machining perfection is second no none.

Pine is a slow grown and economical Scandinavian timber suitable for staining and painting.

The Wood and Glass stairs offered by The Stairshop LTD are manufactured from a mixture of top quality American and European Oak or Pine sourced from only the best sustainable suppliers around the world.
As a standard we use 10mm toughened safety glass for our hanrail systems and 17.5mm toughened laminated safety glass for our open top systems where the glass is used as a handrail.

We can offer the wood and glass in a variety of systems, Ie, Side fix, Bracket fix or channel fix.

As with all wood and glass they are tailered to each customers individual requirements, You can also choose many styles of glass from sandblasted to tinted.
